La gravit\u00e9 de la maladie d\u00e9pend du niveau des facteurs de coagulation pr\u00e9sents dans l&rsquo;organisme.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;h\u00e9mophilie signifie que l&rsquo;organisme d&rsquo;une personne ne peut pas arr\u00eater naturellement le saignement qui se produit lorsqu&rsquo;un vaisseau sanguin est endommag\u00e9. Si l&rsquo;h\u00e9morragie n&rsquo;est pas arr\u00eat\u00e9e et correctement prise en charge, elle peut endommager les articulations, ce qui peut paralyser une personne et limiter l&rsquo;amplitude de ses mouvements. En outre, les h\u00e9morragies intracr\u00e2niennes peuvent \u00eatre \u00e0 la fois d\u00e9bilitantes et mortelles. Il est important de souligner qu&rsquo;en plus d&rsquo;\u00eatre d\u00e9bilitants et de mettre la vie en danger, les saignements sont extr\u00eamement douloureux.
