Va\u017ean dio te predanosti je osigurati da je na\u0161a zajednica pripremljena, obrazovana i osna\u017eena sada i u budu\u0107nosti da radi u ime najboljih interesa pacijenata koje EHC predstavlja. To je ujedno i razlog za\u0161to je EHC izgradio sveobuhvatnu strategiju vodstva mladih kako bi osigurao vodstvo zajednice sada i u budu\u0107nosti.    <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Svjedo\u010dili smo snazi \u200b\u200bi mo\u0107i energije, entuzijazma i anga\u017emana na\u0161e omladinske zajednice u Europi. Na\u0161 je cilj oduvijek bio potaknuti na\u0161e pripravnike na rad, odr\u017eati ih motiviranima, anga\u017eiranima i osje\u0107ati se dijelom zajednice.   <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Strategija za mlade ima za cilj<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">opremiti sudionike raznim alatima i strategijama kako bi se aktivnije uklju\u010dili u svoje nevladine organizacije i<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8230;svi na\u0161i volonteri sudjeluju u specifi\u010dnim obukama i radionicama osmi\u0161ljenima za na\u0161e mlade &#8211; naime, u Radionici za mlade lidere koja se svake godine odr\u017eava u Bruxellesu. Strategija tako\u0111er uklju\u010duje sudjelovanje mladih u na\u0161im \u0161irim doga\u0111ajima i obukama EHC-a svake godine. <\/span><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/section><!-- team --><section  class=\"s-members-carousel s-padding-medium\">\n\t<div <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"content mt-8\" data-scroll data-fade-up>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4>Razvoj projekta<\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">EHC naporno ula\u017ee u zagovaranje pacijenata i razvoj vje\u0161tina vo\u0111enja za budu\u0107nost. Zbog toga smo izgradili sveobuhvatnu strategiju vo\u0111enja mladih koja svake godine vodi mlade lidere na putovanje od radionice o vo\u0111enju mladih EHC-a u travnju do konferencije o vo\u0111enju EHC-a u lipnju, a kulminira konferencijom EHC-a u listopadu, gdje nekoliko na\u0161ih mladih lidera pacijenata izlazi na pozornicu kako bi raspravljalo o klju\u010dnim temama relevantnim za na\u0161u zajednicu.   <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Program stipendiranja mladih (YFP)<\/strong> dio je strategije EHC-a usmjerene na mlade \u010diji je cilj odr\u017eavanje me\u0111usobne interakcije mladih \u010dlanova preko granica. Mladi sudionici trebali bi primijeniti teoretsko znanje u praksi. Cilj je usmjeriti energiju mladih EHC-a na ciljeve u kojima svi dobivaju provo\u0111enjem vlastitog projekta kako bi mogli  <\/span>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Odr\u017eavati i razvijati njihovu aktivnu me\u0111usobnu interakciju i interakciju s na\u0161om zajednicom preko granica,<\/li>\n<li>Usmjeriti svoju prekograni\u010dnu pa\u017enju i napore prema konkretnom zajedni\u010dkom cilju,<\/li>\n<li>Razviti vlastito podru\u010dje rada.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Kako funkcionira razvoj YFP projekta?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Projektni timovi YFP-a trebali bi se sastojati od 2-4 EHC alumna u dobi od 25-35 godina iz najmanje 2 razli\u010dite zemlje,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Projektni timovi YFP-a provodit \u0107e vlastite projekte tijekom razdoblja do 2 godine.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Projektne timove YFP-a<\/span> vodi i nadzire EHC putem brifinga i sastanaka u kontaktu te kontrole sredstava.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Projektni timovi YFP-a<\/span> razvijaju vlastite provedbene planove, prora\u010dune, uloge i odgovornosti.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">Nakon \u0161to je YFP projekt zavr\u0161en, YFP tim \u0107e podijeliti svoja iskustva i najbolje prakse s drugima.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">Vrijeme \u010dlanova YFP tima je dobrovoljno, ali sve ostale tro\u0161kove pokriva EHC.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>YFP projekti trebaju biti:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Me\u0111unacionalnog opsega,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Temeljeno na konkretnim rezultatima,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Od koristi za vi\u0161e od jedne EHC NMO,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ne preklapa se s postoje\u0107im radom koji provode EHC NMO-i.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Za informacije o postupku prijave obratite se Stefanu Radovanovi\u0107u, voditelju programa za anga\u017eman pacijenata i zajednicu EHC-a, na <a href=\"mailto:stefan.radovanovic@ehc.eu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">stefan.radovanovic@ehc.eu<\/a> .<\/strong><\/p>\n<h5>Sta\u017e<\/h5>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Najnovija novost YFP-a je uvo\u0111enje <strong>pla\u0107enog sta\u017eiranja<\/strong> za \u010dlanove zajednice.
