Stoga je odlu\u010deno pro\u0161iriti mre\u017eu izgra\u0111enu za i s osobama s inhibitorima kako bi se radilo na boljem uklju\u010divanju osoba s ultrarijetkim poreme\u0107ajima krvarenja. Ova kohorta na\u0161e zajednice jo\u0161 uvijek se suo\u010dava s nedostatkom informacija o svom stanju, kao i s nedostatkom mogu\u0107nosti lije\u010denja, \u0161to dovodi do te\u0161kog tereta izolacije i usamljenosti u smislu njihovog uklju\u010divanja u zajednicu poreme\u0107aja krvarenja.  <\/p>\n<p>Kako bi se najbolje zadovoljile potrebe svega ovoga obuhva\u0107enog ERIN-om, upotrijebit \u0107e se trostruki put.<\/p>\n<p>Smjer 1: Pru\u017eanje informacija, edukacije i osposobljavanja osobama s izuzetno rijetkim poreme\u0107ajima krvarenja.<\/p>\n<p>Drugi put: Osiguravanje prijenosa znanja u lokalne zajednice inhibitora.<\/p>\n<p>Tre\u0107i put: Zagovaranje i bolji tretman i skrb za sve.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/section><!-- overview --><section  class=\"s-overlay-img s-padding bg-plava\">\n\t<div data-scroll data-fade-up>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Trenutno tra\u017eimo do osam (8) volontera (do \u0161est (6) osoba s (ili roditelje osobe s dijagnozom nekog od) izuzetno rijetkih poreme\u0107aja krvarenja i dva (2) multidisciplinarna stru\u010dnjaka za skrb koji \u0107e se pridru\u017eiti Europskoj mre\u017ei za rijetke i inhibitorne poreme\u0107aje (ERIN) EHC-a.<\/p>\n<p>Cilj odbora je stvoriti svijest, prepoznavanje, podr\u0161ku i edukaciju o i za osobe s inhibitorima i izuzetno rijetkim poreme\u0107ajima krvarenja u Europi, kako interno unutar EHC-a i njegove zajednice, tako i eksterno me\u0111u \u0161irim dionicima.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Poziv za prijave<\/strong> pogledajte putem sljede\u0107e poveznice: <a
