Isprva se lije\u010denje odvijalo samo tijekom epizoda krvarenja, ali se kasnije preusmjerilo na dvotjedni re\u017eim profilakse. Kad sam dijagnosticiran, moji su simptomi bili samo krvarenje iz nosa i manje modrice, pa sam unato\u010d svom stanju vodio aktivan \u017eivot, bave\u0107i se sportovima poput odbojke i tr\u010danja.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Me\u0111utim, oko 18. godine po\u010dela sam imati unutarnje krvarenje, \u0161to u po\u010detku nisam razumjela i mislila sam da su to gr\u010devi u mi\u0161i\u0107ima. Kako je bol postajala sve ja\u010da, majka me odvela u bolnicu, gdje smo saznali da je to doista unutarnje krvarenje. Od tada nisam mogao igrati odbojku jer je svaki ja\u010di udarac uzrokovao jo\u0161 vi\u0161e krvarenja.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prijelaz u ve\u0107u bolnicu i prilagodba okru\u017eenju zahtijevali su vremena, ali sre\u0107om, prona\u0161la sam podr\u017eavaju\u0107e medicinsko osoblje. Profilaksa mi je postala rutina, a 2022. port je olak\u0161ao injekcije. Na\u017ealost, infekcija je dovela do njenog uklanjanja 2023. godine, \u0161to je ostavilo traga na mom mentalnom zdravlju jer sam se vratio redovitim injekcijama kanile, \u010dega se bojim zbog boli.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Moja tjelesna aktivnost sada uklju\u010duje hodanje i disc golf, te vo\u017enju bicikla i plivanje ljeti. Poku\u0161avam napraviti barem 10.000 koraka dnevno, ali spontano krvarenje u zglobovima i mi\u0161i\u0107ima ponekad poremeti moju rutinu.   <strong>Prilago\u0111avam se, \u010dak i ako to zna\u010di da moram napraviti samo 1.000 ili 3.000 koraka.<\/strong>  Ako postoje ja\u010da krvarenja koja sprje\u010davaju pokret, uzmem slobodan dan i radim male aktivnosti poput u\u010denja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Svoje mentalno zdravlje dr\u017eim pod kontrolom pe\u010denjem. Po\u010dela sam pe\u0107i u ranoj dobi \u2013 moji prvi kola\u010di iza\u0161li su iz pe\u0107nice kad sam imala samo 7 godina. Sve je po\u010delo kad se u \u0161koli dogodila situacija u kojoj su me drugi grdili govore\u0107i: &#8220;Kod ku\u0107e si i opet krvari\u0161. Djevojke nemaju poreme\u0107aje zgru\u0161avanja, zar to ne zna\u0161?&#8221;  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Okretala sam se pe\u010denju kad god bih se osje\u0107ala ne\u010dujno ili sumnji\u010davo<\/strong>, \u0161to je jako utjecalo na moje mentalno zdravlje kao djevoj\u010dice. Na kraju sam otkrila da pe\u010denje mo\u017ee biti hobi, pogotovo kad se ne osje\u0107am najbolje \u2013 a ispostavilo se da sam u tome prili\u010dno dobra! Pe\u010denje mi smanjuje stres i donosi mi mir u trenucima kad se osje\u0107am bespomo\u0107no. Na\u017ealost, danas ne mogu pe\u0107i toliko, pogotovo ako mi krvare noge, jer ve\u0107ina posla u pe\u010denju uklju\u010duje stajanje na nogama.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Moja otvorenost o tome da sam djevojka s poreme\u0107ajem zgru\u0161avanja privukla je pa\u017enju. Suo\u010den s zabludama, krenuo sam na obrazovno putovanje. Dijele\u0107i svoju pri\u010du na dru\u0161tvenim mre\u017eama, dr\u017ee\u0107i predavanja u \u0161koli o tome kako prepoznati, prepoznati i brinuti se o osobi s poreme\u0107ajem zgru\u0161avanja te sudjeluju\u0107i u kampanjama podizanja svijesti, cilj mi je bio educirati druge.    <strong>Nagra\u0111uju\u0107e je znati da su moji napori pomogli drugima da se dijagnosticiraju i lije\u010de.<\/strong>  Osim toga, svaka nova osoba koja je u\u0161la u moj \u017eivot saznala je u roku od nekoliko sati da imam poreme\u0107aj zgru\u0161avanja i \u0161to on podrazumijeva, i do sada to nikoga nije upla\u0161ilo!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Glavni savjet koji bih dao pacijentima koji se mo\u017eda bore s istim ili sli\u010dnim problemima je jednostavan: <strong>vjerujte u sebe.<\/strong> Ako osjetite da ne\u0161to nije u redu, ne oklijevajte to provjeriti. \u0160to ranije potra\u017eite lije\u010denje, kvaliteta va\u0161eg \u017eivota mo\u017ee biti bolja. Savjetovala bih \u017eenama da ostanu vjerne sebi \u2013 ako ste sigurne da imate poreme\u0107aj zgru\u0161avanja, onda se potrudite da vas se saslu\u0161a i da naprave odgovaraju\u0107e pretrage, jer <strong>i \u017eene mogu imati poreme\u0107aj zgru\u0161avanja<\/strong>. <\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n<p><strong><em>Odricanje od odgovornosti<\/em><\/strong><em>: Ova pri\u010da odra\u017eava osobna iskustva, mi\u0161ljenja i izbore osobe koja je prikazana. Dijeli se isklju\u010divo u informativne i pripovjeda\u010dke svrhe. Ono \u0161to je djelovalo za ovu osobu mo\u017eda nije prikladno ili sigurno za druge, uklju\u010duju\u0107i osobe sa sli\u010dnim dijagnozama. Osobe s poreme\u0107ajima zgru\u0161avanja ne bi trebale koristiti ovu pri\u010du kao medicinski ili fitness savjet.
